U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) local offices provide limited information and customer services that supplement those provided through the USCIS website and by phone through the Customer Service number. The local field offices for North Carolina are located in Durham and Charlotte. We recommend you consider the convenient service options offered by the web and by phone before you take the time to go to the local field office for service; however, information provided by USCIS is not always accurate and you should document and save all communications you have with the USCIS.
